Can’t create volume in Openfiler 2.99

The magic number is 60.
All you have to do is increasing 60 cylinders more in starting cylinders.

For example:

Before
 starting cylinders       ending starting cylinders
 177                              19581

After
 starting cylinders       ending starting cylinders
237                              19581
